What is VELO STUDIO  Cancellation Policy?

Velo Studio 7 days Return/Exchange Policy? How does it work?

You can return/exchange products purchased from VELO STUDIO within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. We also accept partial return/exchange so that you can raise a return/exchange request for one or other products.

A product will be eligible for return/exchange if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:

  • Delivered in a physically damaged condition;
  • Has missing parts or accessories;
  • Is different from what was ordered

Products that are not eligible for a return or exchange are as follows

  • Trainers
  • Wheel sets
  • Bib shorts
  • Rims
  • Floor Pumps
  • Frame sets
  • Work Stands
  • Tool Kits
  • Car Racks
  • Triathlon Suits
  • Socks
  • Nutrition items
  • Bike Cases/Bags 
  • Sunglasses.

In case of size or fit issue with a piece of apparel that doesnt come under the above list, will be eligible only for exchange (no return) provided it is available in our stock If the desired size is not available in our stock, you will get store credit.

Some apparels will not be available on return or exchange which are mentioned in the above list, for the purpose of maintaining hygiene. Although we are a close community we aren't that close. Please verify your size with the size charts and if you have any doubts please reach out to us on info@velostudio.in for assistance. 

Note - During any promotion, sale or festival offers, above standard Return/Exchange Policy shall not be applicable.

In case you receive the product in physically damaged condition, VELO STUDIO  should be notified within 24 hours of receipt of product. We might request you to share information regarding the same to our email address info@velostudio.in

To be eligible for a return/exchange, all products must be returned in their original unused condition, with price tags and original invoice intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you.

Please note that any product along with a free gift/combo must be returned in its entirety. Delivery/COD charges, if any, levied on product being returned, will be eligible for refund.

Return Process

Delivered in a physically damaged condition

In case you receive the product in physically damaged condition, VELO STUDIO should be notified within 24 hours of receipt of product and are required to email us the images of the package its come in and images of the product itself to support@velostudio.in with the order no. in the subject line. Once we receive the images of the product based on the case, we will inform you on what needs to be done. 

Has missing parts or accessories

If the package has parts that are missing, or accessories that are part of the package missing, within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery you are required to email us the images of the package and all of the contents to support@velostudio.in along with the order no. in the subject line, once that is done, we will require you to send the package in its original packing with all the contents of the package back to us and once the investigation is done we will revert back with the necessary action.

Is different from what was ordered

If the products received are not what you ordered, odds are we have sent the wrong package to you. Within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery you send us an image of the package, label and contents of the package to us with the order no. in the subject line and then proceed to ship the product back to us.  

 Self-ship: You will have to use the same packaging or similar to repack the contents of the order and have them shipped back to us. Please ensure you send us an image of the same via email before sending them to us. You will be reimbursed a courier fee of 150/- in the form of a voucher for the same. The package has to be addressed to the below mentioned address.

 We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse. Usually, it takes 6-8 working days for returned products to reach our warehouse.

For all self-shipped returns as per above, you will be duly reimbursed the fixed shipping costs of Rs. 150/-, provided your returns are duly accepted and successfully processed upon receipt at our end.

Multiple Product return from single order.

If you are returning multiple products from a single order then, send us an email with the order no. in the subject line and list the items as per the order with the respective quantities in the body of the email so that we are aware of the items being returned and can manage the entire process without any confusion. 

 If return/exchange is rejected

This may have happened, if the product you returned is used, damaged or original tags are missing. For more details, please email our support team at support@velostudio.in  

Please note, Velo Studio initiates the exchange upon successful quality check at its end.
